Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Nexride CRM is a SaaS service for managing motorcycle and scooter rentals: fleet tracking, rentals, clients, finances, and team management.

2. Trial and Payment

• 30-day free trial for each new branch.
• After the trial, a subscription at one of the plans applies: Basic ($25), Standard ($45), Premium ($60) per branch per month.
• Cancel your subscription in one click from settings.
• Full refund available within 14 days of the first payment, no questions asked.

3. Your Obligations

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Comply with the laws of the jurisdiction where you operate.
• Obtain necessary client consents for processing their personal data.

4. Our Obligations

• Best-effort service uptime. We do not guarantee 100% availability.
• Daily backups of your data.
• Email and Telegram support during business hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claims is limited to the amount you actually paid for the subscription in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement at any time.
• After cancellation, read-only access is maintained for 90 days so you can export your data.
• After 90 days, data is archived and then deleted.

7. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Indonesian law (to be confirmed). Disputes are resolved in the courts of the service operator's place of registration.
